A life. A collection of journeys. A season of becoming.

The Fifth Season Journal is a deeply personal collection of journeys, memories, reflections and photographs gathered across many years and many places.

Florence, Lagos. London. Marrakech. Italy. Vienna. Providence, Mexico City. And the quieter journeys that happen within us as life changes.

Across over 400 pages, Created as a substantial hardcover volume to live as beautifully on a coffee table as it does in the hands of its reader, The Fifth Season Journal is at once a literary travel memoir, a visual archive and a reflective journal. This book follows the places that shaped me, the people who travelled alongside me, and the different versions of myself I met along the way.

Inside are stories of arrival and return, friendship and family, solo journeys, ordinary moments that became extraordinary memories, and photographs that now feel like markers of a life being lived.

There are also pages for you.

Space to pause. To remember. To consider the season you are leaving, the one you are entering, the journey you may still be postponing, and what choosing yourself might look like now.

This is not a book intended to be hurried through.

Leave it on the table. Read a story over coffee. Write in the reflection pages. Return to a photograph. Take it with you into your own next season.

Some pages may take you somewhere I have been.

Others, I hope, will bring you back to yourself.
